Production Time

All Mummy's Slippers products are made to order. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be produced before it is shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

After production, estimated delivery times by region:

  • United States: 3–8 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 3–5 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand: 5–15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Total estimated delivery time (production + shipping) is 5–25 business days depending on your location. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or due to factors outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Wrong Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, we are unable to cover the cost of reshipment. A new shipment can be arranged at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

Unclaimed or Returned Packages

If a package is unclaimed or returned to us due to an invalid address or failed delivery attempt, reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@mummyslippers.com with your order number. All lost package claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
