Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply solely to the "Mummy's Slippers" mobile game ("the App"), developed by Nymphe Labs. They do not apply to any other product, service, or store operated under the same domain.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License

Nymphe Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

In-App Purchases

• The App offers one in-app purchase: a one-time, non-consumable unlock that grants access to all game content, including all current and future world/chapters.
• Pricing is set in USD and may be displayed in your local currency, converted automatically by the app store.
• Refunds: All purchases are processed through Google Play. Refund requests are handled entirely according to Google Play's own refund policy, not directly by Nymphe Labs. Please refer to Google Play's support for refund requests.

Donation Model

• A portion (50%) of the net revenue from in-app purchases (after store commission and taxes) is donated to a charitable organization selected by the player at the time of purchase, from a fixed list of options.
• Donation distribution reports are published quarterly at www.mummyslippers.com.
• Nymphe Labs commits to distributing donations in good faith but does not guarantee a specific dollar amount will reach any individual organization, as this depends on aggregate sales.
• Players who select "let the developer decide" acknowledge that Nymphe Labs will use its discretion to direct that portion of the donation pool.

Intellectual Property

All game content, characters, artwork, music, and the "Mummy's Slippers" name and logo are the property of Nymphe Labs. All rights reserved.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nymphe Labs does not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nymphe Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.
